Farewell (for now)

I won't be updating this blog anymore–at least for a long while. It was fun while it lasted! I definitely needed it while taking my year off from college. Now that I've returned I need to concentrate on my educational goals (but who knows, the blogging bug may strike again!)

Daily Outfit Picdump #1

Due to how insanely behind I am in outfit posts, I'm going to do a few image-heavy dumps, starting with this one (slow connection readers beware). Click through to Flickr if you want details.

THIS HAT. Holy crap, there are no words for how much I love it. I received it as a going-away gift from a friend in Oregon. She let me pick one from her personal collection. It's vintage '30s! I cannot believe her generosity. Unfortunately, the weather on the East Coast has been too questionable to wear it much since.

Yes, I am wearing three belts. Insane much? Also, I am quite enamored with the little army men I've been recently dangling from my outfits. This might become a new signature of sorts.

My hair is starting to fade a little on the top segment of my hair (which was not bleached). The rest of it is as bright as ever and I actually like the contrast. If I can avoid it, I never want to go back to normal colors!

Regular Blogging on Hiatus

Dear readers,

It seems that my computer is ill and must take a trip to the hospital (a.k.a. the Apple Store). Unfortunately, all my in-progress articles were saved on this computer, and I also don't have any easy way to upload pictures from my camera. I will still try to post a bit, but for a week or more this blog will be in hibernation.
